We offer refunds and exchanges only for the following reasons.
- Damaged product upon delivery
- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation, we will inspect the product once returned and offer refunds or exchanges accordingly. All shipping costs for returns are to be paid for by customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: We will never under any circumstance issue refunds for custom made shirts due to the nature of custom made shirts, nor will we offer refunds for delayed deliveries before our guarantee of 40 days. If you provide us with an incorrect address we are NOT liable for your lost package, if you live in apartment or complex it is your responsibility to include the apartment number. If the tracking information indicates your package was delivered successfully but you claim it was not delivered we will not issue a refund or an exchange, we are not liable for stolen package. When placing an order with us you automatically agree to all of the above information.
